Marketing for laundry pickup and delivery

A delivery business lives or dies by geography and repeat orders. A new customer is only worth having if they're near a route and they order again.

Advertise by ZIP code, not by city

A customer's value depends on where they live. An order on a street your driver already passes barely adds cost. The same order across town can add a stop that eats the margin. So we plan ads ZIP code by ZIP code, with the service area stated plainly, so people outside it don't spend your budget finding out.

Density beats sheer volume

Ten new customers scattered across a metro area can be worse than five on one route. When we look at results, we look at where the orders landed along with how many came in. That can mean advertising less in a large area and concentrating on the neighborhoods that fill a route you already run.

The second order is the real sale

Most of the value in wash & fold comes from people who turn it into a habit. The first order is often a test: did they show up on time, did the clothes come back right, was it easy to do again? The path from first order to regular schedule deserves as much attention as the ad that started it, and it's worth measuring on its own.

Where we usually start

  • ZIP code campaigns

Search and local ads tied to the areas your routes actually cover.

  • A signup page that answers the basics

Service area, how pickup works and what it costs, on a page that loads fast on a phone.

  • First-order follow-up

A record of each new customer, and a way to see who reordered and who didn't.
