Google Ads for dry cleaners and laundries
We research, build and run Google Ads campaigns for dry cleaners and laundries, organized by service and ZIP code, and report what each one costs per contact.
Why generic campaigns waste money in this trade
A dry cleaner's market is small and local. People usually pick a cleaner near home or on their way to work, so a click from the far side of town is money spent on someone who was never likely to walk in. Campaigns built for a generic local business rarely account for that.
Services also behave differently from each other. Someone searching for wedding dress cleaning has a one-time, high-value need and may travel for it. Someone searching for pickup and delivery only cares whether you serve their ZIP code. Someone typing your name was already on their way to you. When all three sit in one campaign, you can't tell which is paying off or move budget toward it.
What's included
Keyword and competitor research
Done by service and by ZIP code, so the plan reflects what people search for around each of your stores.
Search and local campaigns
Separate campaigns for your brand, for pickup and delivery, and for specialty services, each with its own budget.
A landing page for each campaign
An ad about delivery leads to a page about delivery, with your service area and a clear next step.
Call and form tracking
Phone calls and form submissions from each campaign are recorded, so a contact can be traced back to what produced it.
A monthly report
Results by campaign and by zone, with cost per contact, written so an owner can read it without a marketing dictionary.
Ad spend is separate from our management fee. Depending on your agreement, you pay the ad platform directly or it appears as a separate line on your invoice.
How we measure
The number we watch most closely is cost per contact: what you spent divided by the calls and form submissions a campaign produced. It's reported by campaign and by zone, because a good average can hide one area that's burning money.
A contact isn't a customer yet, and we keep the two apart. If your POS is connected through our business intelligence service, we can compare marketing results with sales instead of stopping at the contact.
What we don't do
- We don't promise a specific position or number of customers.
- We don't sell clicks or traffic. Our fee pays for managing campaigns, and every campaign runs on Google's own platform.
- We don't keep your account. The Google Ads account stays in your name.
