Reputation management for dry cleaners and laundries

We help you ask every customer for a review after their visit, keep up with what gets posted, and respond well, especially when something has gone wrong.

Why reviews need a process

Dry cleaning runs on trust. People are handing over a suit, a wedding dress or a family heirloom, and they read what others say before they do. Yet happy customers rarely think to write anything, while the one whose button went missing might write at length, so the public picture can end up unfairly negative.

The response matters as much as the rating. An unhappy review left unanswered for a month looks like indifference, and future customers notice. Owners often only find out when a friend mentions it. A process fixes both ends: more customers asked, and quicker attention to the ones who are upset.

Google's rules and US consumer protection rules also limit how you can ask, which makes an informal approach risky.

What's included

  • A review invitation after the visit

A simple message with a direct link, sent the same way to every customer who has agreed to hear from you.

  • Tracking and responses

New reviews across your stores in one place, with a response written for each one that sounds like a person.

  • Low-rating alerts

A prompt notice to the right person when a low rating appears, so a problem gets handled while it can still be fixed.

How we measure

We report invitations sent, new reviews, the rating trend by store and how quickly reviews get a response. Comparing stores is often the most useful part, because a single store trailing the others usually points to something happening at that counter.

We don't set a rating target, because the rating belongs to your customers. What we can commit to is that everyone gets asked and that nobody gets ignored.

If invitations go up and new reviews don't, the message or the timing usually needs work, and the report will show it.

What we don't do

  • We never buy, write or filter reviews. Every customer gets the same invitation.
  • We don't screen customers first and send only the happy ones to Google. That's against Google's rules and the FTC's.
  • We don't offer discounts or gifts in exchange for a review.
  • We don't promise to remove negative reviews. If one breaks Google's policy, we can report it, and Google decides.
