Social media for dry cleaners and laundries
We plan your posts and run your Facebook and Instagram campaigns, store by store and service by service, and tell you each month what they did.
Why cleaners' social accounts stall
Most owners know they should be posting and have no time for it. The account goes quiet during the busy weeks, then gets three rushed posts at once. Meanwhile the moments that suit this trade come and go: wedding season, winter coats going into storage, comforters in spring, a store's anniversary, a local team's uniforms.
Paid campaigns have a different problem. They're easy to start and easy to misjudge, because the screen is full of reach and likes that say nothing about whether anyone brought in a shirt. A small business needs campaigns aimed at people near its stores, and a plain account of what happened afterward.
There's also a local angle that generic content misses. A post written for every cleaner in the country says nothing about your store, your street or the service people nearby actually need, and followers can tell.
What's included
Facebook and Instagram campaigns
Aimed at people around your stores and delivery zones, built around a specific service or season.
A monthly post calendar
Planned by store and by service, so no location or offer gets forgotten during the busy weeks.
A monthly report
What was published, what the campaigns cost and what they produced, in plain language.
How we measure
For campaigns, we report contacts and cost per contact, the same way we do for search ads, so you can compare channels on equal terms. Spending on these platforms is agreed in advance and is listed apart from our fee.
For regular posts, we report consistency and which topics people respond to. We don't treat likes as a business result, and we'll tell you when a channel isn't earning its budget.
Reach and likes still appear in the report, because they show whether a post was seen. They're just labeled as what they are: activity. When a campaign isn't producing contacts at a cost that makes sense for you, we suggest changing the audience, the offer or the budget, or stopping it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell followers, likes or engagement.
- We don't use automated accounts or engagement groups to make numbers look better.
- We don't post about a customer or a garment without permission.
- We don't promise that a post will spread or that a campaign will produce a set number of orders.
